Michael was a varsity lacrosse starter at Fair Lawn High School where he received All State and All Gibbs Division Awards. He began his career as an Offensive Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team at Don Bosco High School and a year later, became coach for the youth program in Franklin Lakes. It was here that he led his team to undefeated seasons two years in a row. In 2009, Michael became coach for the Girl's Varsity Lacrosse Program at Indian Hills High School. Along with his coaching team, he delivered an astonishing eleven-win season and bid to the state playoffs. In 2010, Michael’s team compiled a 17-4 record, division title, and a state tournament appearance. In 2011, he led his team, comprised of mostly sophomore girls, to a 12-9 record with a 3rd consecutive state tournament birth and the schools 1st trip to the Bergen County Semi finals. In 2012, Indian Hills went on to have a 14-5 record with a state tournament birth and was ranked 4th in the area. In 2013, Indian Hills compiled a 19-2 record, League Title and trip to the semi finals of the Bergen County and State Tournaments.
Michael also possesses extensive football playing and coaching experience. As a high school player in Bergen County, he earned numerous accolades, setting state records, such as All Century Wide Receiver and All Decade Wide Receiver, as well as a career record and ultimately making the Fair Lawn High School Hall of Fame. He continued as a 4-year varsity player at Bryant University. Michael served as an Offensive Coordinator, Wide Receiver Coach, and Defensive Backfield Coach at both Fair Lawn and Rutherford High Schools.
Frank attended Fair Lawn High School where he was a 3 sport athlete, including football, basketball, and lacrosse. As Captain of the lacrosse team, he was the second leading scorer in New Jersey and named to All Division and All State teams. He was a 3-year starter in football and went on to become an All League player his junior and senior year. In basketball, Frank was also an All League Player during both junior and senior year. While at Montclair State University, Frank played Lacrosse where the team ranked 14th in the nation. A starter every year, he was named ECAC Rookie Of the Year and went on to become the leading goal scorer every year played.
Upon graduating from college, Frank has held a wide range of coaching positions, including Head Coach of Boys Lacrosse and Assistant Coach for Boys Lacrosse in Fair Lawn. He was also Head Coach of Boys Lacrosse at Don Bosco, Assistant Coach of Boys Lacrosse in Sparta, Head Football Coach in Rutherford, Assistant Football Coach in Rutherford, Assistant Football Coach in Fair Lawn, Assistant Football Coach in Sparta, Assistant Girls Basketball Coach in Rutherford, and Assistant Boys Basketball Coach in Rutherford.
Casey was a multi-sport athlete at Pascack Valley high school playing soccer, lacrosse, and also swimming. He was captain of the JV soccer team his sophomore and junior year. Casey was a part of the inaugural lacrosse program at Pascack Valley and was a captain his senior year.
Casey has coached athletes from youth through high school. He has coached with the Pasack Youth League, Central Bergen Lacrosse, Paramus High School, Pascack Valley High School, and West Milford High School. In 2010 he received the "Man of the Year" award for the Curcio Division while at Pascack Valley. He has coached and assisted in all portions of the game, from defense and goalie training, to attack and midfield play. His passion and specialty are face-offs and building two-way midfielders.
He currently plays in the Sound Shore Lacrosse League based in Rockland County New York. If there was a person who eat, sleeps, and breathes lacrosse it is Casey. He is up constantly keeping a pulse on the newest rules, tactics, and equipment.
Michael has been the head coach for the Girl's Varsity Lacrosse Program at Northern Highlands Regional High School since 2011. He has a cumulative record of 93-28-0. In his first six seasons as head coach, Michael's teams have earned three division championships and a bid to the county and state playoffs. In 2015, Northern Highlands compiled a 21-2 record, league title and a trip to the Bergen County finals. He was named 2015 Bergen County Coach of the Year which is the second time he was named coach of the year along with his 2012 recognition. Michael is level 2 certified by US Lacrosse and has years of experience coaching all levels of the game including club programs and summer camps. Presently, Michael is a physics teacher at Northern Highlands and also the Indian Hills High School Girls Varsity Soccer head coach.
Brian has been the head coach for the Girl's Lacrosse Program at Mahwah High School since their inception in 2007. After coaching 2 sub-varsity seasons, Brian helped transition the team to a Varsity level program in 2009. During the past 8 seasons, his teams have compiled a 112-41-0 record while also qualifying for state and county playoffs. In 2011, Brian was named Bergen County Coach of the Year and since then, his teams have made the county semi-finals each season. Brian is currently a physical education teacher at Ramapo Ridge Middle School in the Mahwah school district. He also is an assistant varsity boys basketball coach at Mahwah and coached football for thirteen years with the Thunderbirds.
Natalie Carti is currently a freshman lacrosse player at the University of Michigan. As a freshman in High School at Indian Hills she made 2nd Team All-County and 1st Team All-League and was chosen as Freshman Player of the Year. As a sophomore Natalie was named 1st Team All-League, and 1st Team-All County. She won the Bergen County scoring title with 80 goals and 57 assists for a total of 137 points. As a junior Natalie was again named All League, All County and All State. She won the county scoring title as a junior with 69 goals and 79 assists for a total of 148 points. In 2013, Natalie became Bergen County's All Time leading scorer with 286 goals and 240 assists for a total of 526 points. Natalie was named All League, All County, All State and All American.
Natalie truly loves the game of lacrosse and is looking forward to teaching solid skills to young lacrosse players and sharing her passion for the game with them.
Virginia Annaheim is currently a freshman at the University at Albany. She was a 4 year starter at Kinnelon High School for lacrosse. In 2010, as afreshman she received All-Confrence Honorable Mention. The summer of her sophomore year she played for the Under Armor All-American Underclassmen team for New Jersey. She also has been a Metro lacrosse player for five years. Virginia is also a U.S Womens Lacrosse youth official.
Reagan is currently a Senior at Ramapo College where she will lead the Roadrunners in their upcoming Fall and Spring Season as captain. Reagan has started and played in every single game since joining the team. Shas has seen over 1798 minutes in the net, and recoreded 342 saves in 2 seasons. Regan graduated from Mahwah High School in 2010 and was a part of the founding grade of Mahwah Lacrosse program. She was awarded First Team All-League, 2009-2010, First Team All-Bergen County in 2010, and Athlete of the Month in 2010. She was the first Mahwah lacrosse player to be awarded a First Team All-Bergen County award.
